An award-winning brewery and restaurant, Hinterland has been a fixture in Green Bay for more than 20 years. Whether you’re after a multi-course culinary experience or just want to pop in for a wood-fired pizza, out-of-this-world burger or fish tacos, Hinterland has the menu variety to fit all occasions.
The main floor beer hall pairs farm-to-table culinary experiences with gameday specialties. The restaurant’s exterior walls open to an outdoor patio adjacent to Titletown’s park, with heated concrete and heat lamps for the ultimate tailgating, event or concert environment.
The restaurant’s upper level hosts an intimate 50-75 seat High Gravity Kitchen featuring Hinterland’s signature Green Bay culinary experience. The brewery produces 20,000 bottles annually and guests can learn about Hinterland and its unique approach to craft beers and the art of brewing with tours and tasting rooms.
