- Pick up your Titletown Crawl Punch Card between 1-6 p.m. at the ℹ️ information tent located outside Shopko Optical Playground.
- Make a purchase at each of the participating businesses and receive a hole punch from the business on your punch card.
- Complete all punches to receive a prize.
- Returned cards also be entered for a chance to win a grand prize.
How To Redeem for Prizes:
Return your completed card to:
- Between 1-6 p.m.: Titletown information tent
- After 6 p.m.: Any participating business

- You will receive an email - upon successful completion of the online waiver. Please keep this accessible for check-in.
