Barre is a ballet-inspired program with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training which provides a low-impact, full-body workout.
All fitness levels are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Class is suitable for all ages.
No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the 2023 Titletown Fitness Waiver if you have not already done so. This waiver is required one time in 2023.
There are risks associated with participating in physical activity.
