All fitness levels are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Class is suitable for all ages. No registration is required for this free program.

Please complete your waiver prior to visiting Titletown for Fitness Activities programs. Please note:

  • Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver.
  • Each adult may add up to 10 minors per waiver.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the online waiver.
  • Your completed waiver is valid through December 31, 2024.
