We have new practices in place to help keep our guests and team members safe while visiting the Titletown Ice Rink + Ariens Hill for skating and tubing. Before you bundle up or lace up your skates, please review our plan to ensure that your skating and tubing experience is enjoyable and as safe as possible.

Admissions Process:
Titletown’s Skating + Tubing Admissions process looks different this year. Here’s what you need to know to skate through the process.

Plan Your Visit

1. Confirm Hours of Operation

  • Visit Titletown.com before your visit.
    • Hours + pricing vary and are subject to change.
  • Admissions (sales of tickets for entry) closes one hour prior to the posted closing time.
    • i.e. The Titletown Ice Rink and Ariens Hill are open for guests until 8 p.m., the final admissions tickets will be sold at 7 p.m.

2. Complete Your Waiver at Home

  • Visit Titletown.com/Waivers from your computer or smartphone. 
    • A new waiver must be completed for every visit.
  • Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver.
    • Each adult may add up to six minors per waiver.
  • The date on the waiver should be the date you plan to visit Titletown.  
  • Keep your QR code (sent upon successful completion of the online waiver) accessible for check-in.
  • Season passes for skating and tubing are available at Admissions. 
    • Each pass requires a one-time waiver (completed onsite) and one-time payment for entry. 

3. Prepare for Payment Options

  • Titletown now operates under a cashless system. Credit/debit cards and Titletown gift cards are the only forms of payment accepted.
  • A free, cash-to-card conversion station is available inside 46 Below. 
    • Load between $5 to $500 on the card and funds will be available for five years from the last date money was loaded.
  • Gift cards are available for purchase at 46 Below and can be used for skating, skate rentals and tubing as well as food and beverages at 46 Below.

4. Leave Valuables at Home

  • Secure storage is not available at Titletown. 

Coming to Titletown
1. Be Prepared

  • Ensure all waivers are signed and have QR code(s) accessible for each participant when entering the line for Admissions.
    • QR codes are sent via email upon successful completion of the online waiver. 
  • Bring your entire group to admissions. 
    • All participants that are planning to skate and/or tube must be present at Admissions to receive his/her admission stickers. 
  • Have payment ready (credit/debit card or Titletown gift card only).
  • Wear your mask.  

2. Minimize Wait Time 

  • An Express Entry will be open for tubing and skating admissions on weekends. 
    • Skate rentals are not available at this location. 
    • Look for the Titletown tent north of the ice rink.  

Enhanced Health and Safety Protocols
1. Masks Are Required

  • Face coverings – that cover both the nose and the mouth – are mandatory for every person (over 2) at Titletown and must be worn at all times, except while actively eating and drinking.

2. Reduced Ice Rink Capacity 

  • To help maintain physical distancing, the Titletown Ice Rink will operate at a reduced capacity throughout the 2020-21 season. Staff will inform guests as numbers near capacity.

3. Frequent Venue Sanitation

  • All rental skates and tubing equipment will be fully sanitized between uses.
  • High-touch surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day.
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout Titletown.

4. No Secure Storage

  • Lockers will not be accessible this season. Please leave all valuables at home.
  • Open storage is available for shoes. Titletown is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Additional outdoor benches are available for changing into skates. 

Food Orders at 46 Below
1. Extremely Limited Indoor Seating 

  • Seating is reserved for dining only. 
  • Face coverings – that cover both the nose and the mouth – are mandatory for every person (over 2) inside 46 Below and must be worn at all times, except while actively eating and drinking.
  • Limited food and select beverages will be available for purchase outside of 46 Below on high-traffic days. 
    • Look for the Titletown truck east of the ice rink. 

2. Designated Ordering “Route” 

  • Guests are asked to enter 46 Below through the east entrance (under Ariens Hill). The designated line flow will expedite the ordering process and promote social distancing.
