Add some OM to your week. Join us for a mat-based, time-tested practice of postures and poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility.

Class is suitable for yogis of all levels and all ages. Bring a mat, towel and water.

Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the 2023 Titletown Fitness waiver prior to class.
