Add some OM to your Monday. Join us for a mat-based, time-tested practice of postures and poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility.  
Class is suitable for yogis of all levels and all ages. Bring a mat, towel and water.  

Registration is required for this free program. Each week registration will open on Wednesdays at 5PM for the following week’s class.  Space is limited due to room size. Registered participants are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. Those not registered may join if there are any open spots.


Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the 2023 Titletown Fitness waiver prior to class.
