Add some OM to your Monday. Join us for a mat-based, time-tested practice of postures and poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility. 

Class is suitable for yogis of all levels and all ages. Bring a mat, towel and water. 

Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the Titletown Spring Fitness Activities waiver prior to class.
