World Tai Chi Day

Take a break out of your day for your mental health + wellness and join us for some meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a series of slow, intentional, continuous movements. Originating more than 1,000 years ago in China, the main theme within its practice is to "let go."  

Partake in this worldwide event, creating 24 hours of organized Tai Chi practice.  No registration is required for this free program. 

Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the 2023 Titletown Fitness waiver prior to class if you have not already done so this year. This waiver is required one time in 2023. 


There are risks associated with participating in physical activity. It is your responsibility, in conjunction with your healthcare provider, to evaluate your medical and physical condition to determine whether to participate.
