Wellness Walk Wednesdays

Add some spring to your step with Wellness Walk Wednesdays. Allie, from Yoga and Wellness with Allie, LLC, will guide participants through a stretch + slow warm-up, 35 minute walk and Yoga cooldown. 

Get active during your lunch hour or take a mid-day break to get moving outdoors at Titletown. Each week features a new theme for walking, talking + learning something new. Grab your tennis shoes + your Fitbit and let’s get some steps together. 

12-12:15 p.m. | Stretch + Slow Warm-up 
12:15-12:50 p.m. | Walk
12:50-1 p.m. | Yoga stretch

April 28 –  Tracking and Walking Goal Setting
May 5 – Walking Buddies(dog, friends, clubs) + Other Ways to Increase Steps Per Week
May 12 – How to Keep Your Walks Varied and Safe
May 19 – Common Walking Injuries and How to Prevent Them
