Tai Chi

Take a break out of your day for your mental health + wellness and join us for some meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a series of slow, intentional, continuous movements. Originating more than 1,000 years ago in China, the main theme within its practice is to "let go."

No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the Titletown Summer Activities waiver in advance.
