Whether you run, bike, swim or participate in any other recreational or life activity that requires you to be in peak physical condition, this class is for you! Join the experts from Bellin Health on the Great Lawn at Titletown for a workout designed to increase both strength and power. 

The class is suited for ages 14 and older. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the outdoor program and bring water and a towel.
