Rockout and workout at Titletown’s POUND class.  POUND® uses Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, to transform drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, and rockin’ out! The 45 minute workout is easily modifiable with an alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy that appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Bring a workout mat, towel and water. Some yoga mats will be provided, if you don't have your own. Class is limited to the first 30 participants.
