Jump-start the weekend with Peter Kraus Fitness Bootcamp + 50 minutes of fat burning fun on Saturday, September 14 from 9-9:50 a.m. Peter will lead a full body workout using nothing but your own bodyweight. Peter Kraus Fitness Bootcamp is fun, safe and effective for people of nearly all ages and abilities!

Bring a yoga mat, water and a towel. (A limited number of yoga mats will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.) Wear appropriate gym shoes and attire and come ready to make friends, have fun and get fit!
