One Shot Burn

One Shot Burn is a fast-paced + fun workout led by CrossFitOne Shot. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics & light lifting movements for a high-energy workout that is short + sweet and will have you super sweaty! Recommended supplies: free weights.

One Shot Burn is a program of Get Fit presented by Humana.
