One Shot Burn is a fast-paced + fun workout led by the fitness enthusiasts from Fire Fitness Camp. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics & light lifting movements for a high-energy workout that is short and sweet.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Recommended for ages 16 & up.
No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the Titletown Fall Activities waiver prior to class.
