Mindful Meditation

Give the gift of self-care and take a break from the daily hustle and bustle. Whether novice or expert at meditation, we invite you to have a moment of calmness and connection. Take some breaths to help focus your mind in a more positive and productive direction and rejuvenate your energy.

We recommend bringing something comfortable to sit or lie down on such as a yoga mat or blanket.

Registration is not required for this free program.  Recommended for ages 16+.
