Let's Move! at Home

Fitness is fun for all ages when you have the right resources. We've found engaging programs - developed with elementary school ages in mind - to stay active and moving.

Week 8: Do you like to jump, dance + shake?  Then you're in the right place! Let loose with this rockin' class.

Week 7: Think you have what it takes to be an NFL star? NFL players stay healthy + in shape by being active. Join NFL players for a fun workout to get gridiron ready.

Week 6: Cheerio, Mate! PE with Joe Wicks is back. Are you ready to keep moving & stay healthy?

Week 5: Go back in time with a kid-friendly yoga that is prehistorically awesome. Grab a yoga mat + get ready to channel your favorite dinosaur in this week's workout.

Week 4: Let's see those dance moves! This high energy dance party will have you moving + grooving in no time.

Week 3: Hut, Hut, Hike! NFL players need exercise just like you. Run through some drills and test out your skills.

Week 2: Ever wonder what a PE class looks like in the UK?  Here's your chance find while getting in some exercise. Get ready to get the heart pumping in PE with Joe Wicks.

Week 1: Grab a mat and scuba gear!  This yoga story time is going underwater to bring you some stretches and deep breathing.
