Legendary Story Time

Children and Families, Hobbies and Interests
Date: Friday
Time: 10 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
Location: Virtual

Sports teach us important lessons like teamwork, sportsmanship, overcoming defeat and more. We’ve brought in a special (legendary) reader – former Packers Tight End Ryan Taylor - to share his experience from the gridiron while sharing some sports-focused books. Huddle up with your home team and enjoy hearing a new story each week.

Want to read along? Grab these books & listen along to Ryan.
Hey, Coach! By Linda Ashman: This story follows along as a team of young, beginner soccer players learn the game and have a great time while doing so.
Football with Dad by Frank Berrios: A boy enjoys the game of football (both watching and playing) the most with his dad. This book teaches children about both safety and a few basics of playing football.
Don’t Throw it to Mo! By David A. Adler: Mo Jackson loves football and plays on the Robins football team. Mo is often teased for being a butterfingers, but he shows perseverance and what it means to be a team player.
Hooray for Fly Guy! By Tedd Arnold: A tiny fly wants his chance on the football field. After training, making a game plan, and a little dancing, he is finally ready to show what he’s got!

Legendary Story Time is a program of Get Learning presented by Imperial Supplies.
