Challenge your cardio endurance for a 30 minute with F.I.R.E. Bootcamp led by professional coaches from FIRE Fitness Titletown. This total body workout features cardio and bodyweight exercises, agility drills, sprints and more.
All fitness levels are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Recommended for ages 16 & up.
No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the Titletown Summer Activities waiver prior to class.
