Core + More

Date: Mondays
Time: 8-9 a.m.
Location: Great Lawn

Get ready to love your CORE. Each class features a short Yoga warm-up, Pilates + strong ab-core section and ends with a short Yoga flow. Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation +coordination while strengthening, lengthening + toning with your own body weight. 

All levels are welcome + no experience needed. Attendees are encouraged to bring a water bottle + Yoga mat. Core + More is recommended for ages 16+.

No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete the Titletown Summer Activities waiver prior to class.
