Cardio Kickboxing + Strong Nation

Cardio Kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories with this fun and challenging workout. Cardio Kickboxing will be held on June 24, July 8 + 22. 

Strong Nation will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. This high-intensity, interval training-based workout held on June 17 + July 1, 15, 29. 


Classes are recommended for ages 14 and older. Bring a towel + water bottle and come prepared for an outdoor workout. Please note, class will not be held on Aug. 21. 

No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete a waiver prior to class.
