Strong Nation STRONG Nation will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. This high-intensity, interval training-based workout with Katie DuBois will be held on Sept. 12 + Sept. 26.
Classes are recommended for ages 14 and older. Bring a towel + water bottle and come prepared for an outdoor workout.
