Feel the burn with our free boot camp class led by our friends from the Greater Green Bay YMCA. This class will challenge your fitness goals + encourage a healthy lifestyle with a community of like-minded people. Enjoy a total body workout using bodyweight + cardio exercises.
All fitness levels are welcome + modifications are provided. Bring a water bottle + towel. No registration is required for this free program. Planning to attend class? Be sure to complete a waiver prior to class.
