Titletown is inviting community members and guests to embrace the autumn spirit, with several new fall activities debuting during the next two weekends.
The free, family fall extravaganza Pumpkin Palooza will take over Titletown on Oct. 12-13, from 2 to 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Visitors can carve pumpkins to help create a one-of-a-kind pumpkin spectacle that will remain on display at Titletown this fall. Guests of all ages can enjoy live musical performances throughout each day, carnival games and activities, as well as live pumpkin carving demonstrations.
The next weekend, Oct. 19, the Wisconsin Science Festival will come to Titletown for the Mad Scientists Laboratory, a youth-focused event offering the opportunity to learn about science, technology, engineering and math through interactive, hands-on science activities. The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Later that evening, a one-night only themed-bar experience will welcome visitors age 21 and older to continue the science motif with Elixir: a Pop-up Drink Lab experience. The event will feature live music, beverages for purchase and unique science-themed activities, from virtual reality games to green screen photo booths.
Additionally, returning this fall are several community-favorite events, including Campfire Fridays each Friday in October from 6 to 8 p.m., offering family-friendly entertainment around the fire and s’mores. Visitors can also take part in Get Fit presented by Humana, providing free Zumba and Boot Camp classes throughout each week, and free hip-hop dance classes are available weekly. Also ongoing are Crafts + Cocktails on Thursdays throughout October, offering opportunities to create something beautiful and enjoy beverages.
